The washbasins of the Artis series

The washbasins of the Artis series are available in four shapes: round, oval, rectangular and square. Each shape has its own size: round diameter 430 mm, oval 610 x 410 mm, rectangular 580 x 389 mm, and square 410 x 410 mm.

The thin wall thickness of only four millimeters is made possible by the material TitanCeram, which Villeroy & Boch applies. In addition to the classic colors of White Alpine and Star White, 15 new colors are used so that each bathroom can be individually furnished. The new silk-matt colors were developed by Gesa Hansen and are inspired by the seasons in Paris. Each of the colors green, yellow, rose and blue appears in different shades such as rose, lemon, fog or mint. In addition, there are also classic colors like black and gray. Since the inside of the washbasin remains white, a modern Bi-Color-Look is created. On request, there are even 192 additional colors available in matt and glossy as “color on demand”.

The washbasins are all designed without a tap hole bench for a freestanding tap or wall tap. Furthermore, they have no overflow and must be operated with a non-closable valve.

The washbasins are even easier to clean with the special dirt-repellent CeramicPlus surface. Limescale and dirt simply flow away with the water, and if any residue remains, they can easily be removed without much effort.

The washbasins of Artis series match the vanity unit of Legato series. Uniform colors in bath can be combined with the bathtubs series of Squaro Edge 12, La Belle and Loop & Friends, which use the same color concept. Some colors of Artis series can also be found in the colors of Finion series.

The material TitanCeram

The ceramic material TitanCeram consists of a mixture of feldspar, quartz, clay and titanium oxide and is particularly robust, firm and heat-resistant. It can be used to create remarkably fine and precise shapes, creating new possibilities in the bathroom. For example, the Octagon washbasin made from this innovative material has already received two awards for its design.
